Job summary

PALOMAR TECHNOLOGIES (SE ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Operator to operate semiconductor assembly and test equipment safely and consistently, in line with approved work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor assembly and test equipment according to approved work instructions.
• Perform routine pre-production checks, including equipment condition, materials, and required documents.
• Complete assigned schedules and work orders accurately and on time while monitoring output and basic process performance.
• Perform visual inspections, in-process checks, and product verification based on quality-control requirements.
• Report product abnormalities, process deviations, equipment issues, or yield concerns promptly to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prevent material, lot, or customer-product mix-ups.
• Perform daily machine cleaning, basic equipment care, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Report equipment abnormalities quickly and support basic troubleshooting or preventive maintenance when required.
• Verify materials, lot numbers, and quantities against production documents before use.
• Handle materials using proper ESD and contamination-control practices.
• Maintain material traceability and return unused materials according to inventory-control procedures.
• Complete production records, inspection results, process data, and lot traceability documentation accurately and on time.
• Use only approved documentation and follow revision-control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Operate semiconductor assembly and test equipment according to approved work instructions.


• Perform routine pre-production checks, including equipment condition, materials, and required documents.


• Complete assigned schedules and work orders accurately and on time while monitoring output and basic process performance.

Product Quality

• Perform visual inspections, in-process checks, and product verification based on quality-control requirements.


• Report product abnormalities, process deviations, equipment issues, or yield concerns promptly to the Production Supervisor.

Equipment Handling
