Job summary

C-PAK PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a production operator to start up, set up, operate and monitor machinery and participate in assembly, packaging, and quality inspection.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe workspace, following 5S standards, and assisting with material handling and product dispatch. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates/candidates with no prior manufacturing experience are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Start, set up, operate, and monitor machinery and equipment, and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
• Assembly & Packaging: Assemble, process, and package products according to order requirements and work instructions.
• Quality Inspection: Conduct inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet customer requirements and comply with product specifications, appearance, and functional standards. Maintain accurate inspection and production records.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, nd safe working area, follow on-site 5S standards, and comply with the company’s health and safety guidelines.
• Material Handling: Assist with the handling and unloading of raw materials, as well as the storage, receiving, and dispatch of finished products.
