Job summary

Sonic Tape Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to start up, run, and monitor machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure smooth production flow.

You will assemble, process, and package products per order instructions, conduct quality inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with 5S practices. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with no prior manufacturing experience are welcome.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Assemble, process, and package products per order requirements.
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Handle materials receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.

Equipment Operation

Start, set up, operate, and monitor machinery and equipment, and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Assembly & Packaging

Assemble, process, and package products according to order requirements and work instructions.

Quality Inspection

Conduct inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet customer requirements and comply with product specifications, appearance, and functional standards. Maintain accurate inspection and production records.

Workplace Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area, follow on-site 5S standards, and comply with the company's health and safety guidelines.

Material Handling

Assist with the handling and unloading of raw materials, as well as the storage, receiving, and dispatch of finished products.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates/candidates with no prior manufacturing experience are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
