Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lithography systems and supporting equipment.
• Monitor lithography parameters and tune controls to maintain repeatable results.
• Lead process development initiatives to advance micro/nano fabrication.

Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a Process Engineer to take the reins on our in-house lithography equipment, driving wafer patterning at 20nm resolution and beyond to power next‑generation photonic devices. You'll get hands‑on training and close guidance as you master cutting‑edge process technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our lithography systems and supporting equipment
• Keep process quality sharp and repeatable by monitoring lithography parameters and fine‑tuning controls
• Drive process development initiatives that push the boundaries of micro‑nano optic and photonic device fabrication
• Dig into process data to troubleshoot issues, boost yield, and solve tricky problems
• Keep meticulous documentation of process parameters, SOPs, and quality records
• Team up with equipment, process integration, and quality colleagues to roll out improvements and tackle technical challenges together
• Uphold rigorous cleanroom protocols and safety standards to keep our fabrication environment pristine

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in front‑end lithography and/or semiconductor processes
• Solid familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations
• Detailed data collection, optimisation, troubleshooting
