Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in front-end lithography or semiconductor processes.
• Familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations.
• Experience in detailed data collection, optimisation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lithography systems and supporting equipment.
• Monitor lithography parameters and tune controls to maintain repeatable results.
• Lead process development initiatives to advance micro/nano fabrication.
• Analyze process data to troubleshoot issues, improve yield, and solve problems.
• Document process parameters, SOPs, and quality records meticulously.
• Collaborate with equipment, process integration, and quality teams to implement improvements.
• Uphold cleanroom protocols and safety standards in daily work.
