Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Technician to join the Process Integration (YDD) team to support inline inspection, defect classification, and process optimization in a fast-paced fab environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant fab experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work under stress.
• Willing to work on shift (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• To perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield inspection tools.
• To perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots
• To generate Defect Notice for OOC lots and inform respective departments
• To manage the WIP and response to request from other departments
• To assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment
• To perform reticle printdown inspections and check for repeater defects.
