Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Technician to join the Process Integration (YDD) team to support inline inspection, defect classification, and process optimization in a fast-paced fab environment.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of fab experience, be able to multitask and work under stress, and be willing to work on day and night shifts. SSMC is committed to equal opportunity employment and welcomes qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• To perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield inspection tools.
• To perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots
• To generate Defect Notice for OOC lots and inform respective departments
• To manage the WIP and response to request from other departments
• To assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment
• To perform reticle printdown inspections and check for repeater defects.
