Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a global leading Semiconductor Foundry to recruit a Process Integration Staff Engineer/MTS for the Technology Development Department to support fab expansion.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot integration challenges, and drive continuous improvements to meet project goals across yield, reliability, and design rule development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Science, or related engineering discipline.
• 7 years relevant experience
• Experience in semiconductor process integration, ideally BCD/RFSOI/Silicon Photonics.
• Strong skills in device characterization, process qualification, and integration debugging.
• Knowledge of module development and semiconductor tooling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems
• Perform project management and data analysis
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
• Work with cross function teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns
• Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process
• Build and develop defect source library and tool's defect source fingerprinting
• Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements
• Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place

This position is pivotal in driving the advancement of the device, with responsibilities including collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, optimising manufacturing processes, troubleshooting integration challenges, and driving continuous improvements to achieve project goals.

The Job

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems
• Perform project management and data analysis
• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems

• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
• Work with cross function teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns
