Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Process Integration Associate Engineer to join the Integration, Defectivity I Department. You will generate Defect Notices for OOC lots and support YDD Engineers in analysis and assessment.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, with fresh graduates welcome and training provided; NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least 3 years fab experience are also encouraged to apply. Shift work (Day/Night) is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (Engineering) required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• NITEC/ Higher NITEC graduates with fab experience welcome (at least 3 years).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work on shift (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• Generate Defect Notices for OOC lots and inform respective departments.
• Assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment.
• Perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield tools.
• Perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots.
• Manage WIP and respond to requests from other departments.
