Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and optimize process flows for semiconductor and photonics devices. The role requires a Master’s or PhD in engineering, 5+ years in process integration, and strong knowledge of lithography, etch, deposition, and metrology.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in an engineering field.
• PhD preferred for advanced research and leadership.
• 5+ years work experience in process integration.
• Experience in R&D to high-volume manufacturing transition.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process integration for advanced semiconductor devices.
• Define and optimize process flows for performance, yield, and reliability.
• Collaborate with module owners to align development with integration needs.
• Conduct DOE studies to identify sensitivities and improve manufacturability.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and support technology roadmaps.
• Support smooth technology transfer into volume manufacturing.

Education

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred
