Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end integration for advanced semiconductor devices, translating R&D into scalable manufacturing. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize flows, improve yield, and ensure reliability across module owners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process integration, strong knowledge of lithography, etch, deposition and metrology, and familiarity with GDS/OASIS layouts.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years in process integration, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of lithography, etch, deposition, CMP and metrology.
  • Familiarity with layout files (GDS/OASIS) and OPC methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end process integration for advanced semiconductor device fabrication.
  • Define and optimize process flows to achieve performance, yield, and reliability targets.
  • Collaborate with module owners to align process development with integration requirements.
  • Conduct DOE to identify process sensitivities and improve manufacturability.
  • Analyze optical test data to provide feedback for process tuning and device improvement.
  • Collaborate with design, process, and operations teams for volume manufacturing transfer.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause analysis for process-related failures.
  • Support technology roadmaps by contributing to process integration strategy and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process integration methodologies and continuous improvement.
