Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) invites talents to join a joint-venture 300mm wafer plant in Singapore. You will assist engineers with new product introduction (NTO), perform data analysis, run experimental lots, and ensure compliance with the manufacturing flow.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related STEM field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes such as Thin Films, Etching, Photolithography, Diffusion, or WAT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with new product introduction (NTO) and inline control plans.
Perform data analysis and coordinate experimental lots under guidance.
Write and execute experimental lot requests and ensure correct implementation with factory system technicians.
Coordinate fab users and MFG teams to ensure flow changes and automation rollout.
Interact with shift supervisors and engineers to support prototype lots and qualification runs.
Complete all required reporting and documentation.
