Job summary

SSMC is seeking a Process Integration Associate Engineer to join the Integration, Defectivity I Department. You will work on defect notices, inline inspection and recipe setup, and defect classification for OOC lots. The role requires multi-tasking and willingness to work Day/Night shifts, with training provided for fresh graduates.

Based in Singapore, this position offers exposure to 100% automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes within a leading JV between NXP and TSMC.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• NITEC/ Higher NITEC graduates with at least 3 years fab experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Willing to work on shift (Day/ Night)

Responsibilities

• Generate Defect Notices for OOC lots and inform respective departments.
• Assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment.
• Perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield inspection tools.
• Perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots.
• Manage the WIP and respond to requests from other departments.
