Job summary

RF360 SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to drive cost reduction and improve process efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves leading quality investigations and ensuring robust process controls across lines.

You will monitor SPC charts, oversee on-hold lot disposition, and periodically review FMEA/OCAP/Control Plans while training technicians to build strong technical competencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge on semiconductor process technology.
Strong technical competencies in the field of study.
Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools.
Able to work under pressure with strong commitment.
Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Drive cost reduction and eliminate unwarranted expenses to improve efficiency.
Lead quality investigations and continuous improvement to resolve issues.
Enforce line controls and ensure compliance with work instructions.
Monitor SPC charts and drive process control improvements.
Dispositon of on-hold lots in a timely manner.
Review OCAP, FMEA and Control Plans regularly.
