RF360 Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled CMP Process Engineer to own and sustain CMP processes, aiming for yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.

You will develop and optimize CMP processes for robust manufacturing performance and lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements. The role requires 4+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with strong expertise in CMP, DOE, SPC, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience focusing on CMP.
• Proven experience in process development, optimization and yield improvement.
• Strong track record in cost reduction and operational excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, JMP/Minitab, and statistical process control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and sustain CMP processes to meet yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop and optimize CMP processes for robust manufacturing performance.
• Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and process capability enhancement.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve process issues promptly.
• Execute process qualification, characterization, and DOE activities.
• Lead tool qualification, process release, and technology transfer projects.
• Drive productivity, capacity, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and improve key process KPIs (yield, Cpk, defectivity, OEE, throughput).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global sites.
• Lead technical projects and ensure on-time milestone delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and change management requirements.
