Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Engineering Management; 2+ years in product/process development.
• Master's degree: 1+ year in related work experience in product/process development.
• PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field is welcome.

Mansioni

• Acts as the primary PMO interface between project teams, quality, supply chain, finance, and management.
• Works closely with project leaders to ensure timely review of project progress and milestones.
• Tracks and controls project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans.
• Identifies deviations early and coordinates mitigation actions with project and functional owners.
• Enforces PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums; ensures high-quality reporting for management reviews.
