We’re looking for a Process Expert with experience in process improvement and lean management to join our Singapore Marketing team. This is no ordinary job. What does the role involve?

In this role you will work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to roll out and develop agreed processes around our service offerings such as our Tool Park and ON!Track Asset Management solutions. You analyze and communicate issues or opportunities for process improvements to be able to co‑ordinate actions with the relevant teams (local, regional and global).

Being a Local Process Expert also means supporting and steering our sales force to achieve their business targets in the most efficient way. In order to do so, Process Experts will support on complex customer queries, elaborate existing processes, as well as collaborating with strategic marketing, trade development and sales team to define and drive customer loyalty.

What you need is:

• A Technical or Business University Degree
• Masters degree in Business/Marketing related discipline is an advantage
• 3 years of experience in Process Management gained in MNCs
• Strategic thinking with sound analytical skills
• SAP R3 / BI system experience required
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to influence people at different levels
• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high‑performance team mindset
• Flexibility to changing environments with the ability to work under pressure
