Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Process Engineer in Singapore (onsite). You will design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes, lead improvements, analyze data, and drive EHSS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing or CI.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting and operational excellence.
• Experience in data-driven improvement projects including CAPEX implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes with PFDs, P&IDs and material balances.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity, yield, quality, capacity and cost performance.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Drive operational excellence projects through optimization, workflow improvements and time studies.
• Ensure EHSS compliance through risk assessments and safe operating processes.
• Manage CAPEX projects from planning to commissioning and validation.
• Support process scale-up and manufacturing transfers from pilot to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D and external partners.
• Evaluate new technologies and best practices to improve plant reliability and sustainability.
