Job summary

GMP Technologies on Jurong Island seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead design, optimization, and compliance initiatives for chemical manufacturing. You will oversee MOC, drive ISO conformity and manage cross-functional projects to deliver within budget and schedule. Strong leadership and process-simulation expertise are essential.

You will mentor junior engineers, analyze production data, and prepare detailed stakeholder reports to drive continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and process changes.
• Familiarity with MOC systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen Plus and HYSYS.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Lead MOC activities and risk assessments for proposed changes.
• Ensure ISO compliance and participate in audits.
• Plan and manage engineering projects, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
