Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in West Singapore is seeking a skilled manufacturing specialist to develop and optimize process plans, routings, and work instructions for precision production.

You will collaborate with CNC programming and production teams on NPI and FA activities, review processes for productivity and quality, and document FMEA and control plans. Candidates with 2–3 years in metal fabrication or CNC environments and ERP/FMEA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication or CNC machining environments.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and programming.
• Experience with ERP systems and FMEA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, work instructions and production procedures.
• Create and maintain process routing information in the ERP system for new production orders.

• Review existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Support quality investigations, material reviews and corrective action initiatives.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems and FMEA will be advantageous.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
