Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support end-to-end metal processing development in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring robust production processes.

You'll design process instructions, perform root-cause analyses, lead NPI activities, and drive improvements in cycle time and yield using SAP data and SPC.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end metal process development: wax injection, shell coating, melting, pouring, and solidification.
• Develop process plans, work instructions and technical docs for stable production.
• Lead cross-functional root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead NPI including feasibility studies, cost estimates, process simulation, and tooling reviews.
• Improve cycle time, yield and stability via SPC and SAP data.
• Liaise with customers’ engineering teams for technical clarifications and process qualification.
• Prepare engineering reports, prototypes and technical presentations.
• Assist operators in milling, turning, grinding, and honing as required.

Job Description:

• In chargeofsupporting the end-to-end engineering development for Metal processes, including wax pattern injection, shell coating and mold preparation, alloy melting, pouring and solidification control, CNC machining interface requirements, heat treatment, NDT, and dimensional validation.
• Responsible in developing process plans, work instructions, and technical documentation to enable stable production.
• In charge of working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• In charge of leading new product introduction (NPI), including feasibility studies, cost estimation, process simulation, and tooling and machining reviews.
• In charge of leading improvements in manufacturing plant cycle time, yield, and process stability through methodological principles, SAP data analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and continuous improvement tools, supporting both new and existing engineering projects to optimize the production line.
• Responsible toliaise with customers’ engineering teams when required for technical clarification, drawing interpretation, and process qualification.
• Prepare engineering reports, prototype build documentation, and technical presentations.
• Support CNC part machining processes, design machine fixtures, and assist operators in milling, turning, grinding, and honing operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc task sassigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Precision Industry
