Job summary
Semicon manufacturing company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client’s team in Singapore. You will support PCBA NPI, board bring-up, prototype testing and validation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Firmware and Software teams; prepare test reports and engineering documentation; participate in EMI/EMC/ESD testing. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required; basic electronics knowledge; hands-on, team-oriented and eager
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and PCBA.
- Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscope and multimeter is an advantage.
- CAD/EDA tool experience is a plus.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and work hands-on in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support PCBA NPI, board bring-up, prototype testing and validation.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting, testing and root cause analysis.
- Support prototype builds, production ramp-up and manufacturing activities.
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Firmware and Software teams.
- Prepare test reports, validation records and engineering documentation.
- Support basic EMI/EMC/ESD testing and issue identification.
