The SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer in Singapore, based in Tuas.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 2 years in the process industry. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, conducting risk assessments, and driving improvements in productivity and safety standards. Candidates will work with SCADA systems, oversee operations, and contribute to digitalization initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of process industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, Process Improvement and Safety Management.

Mansioni

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA operations.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Design and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes.
• Organize and set up operations.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Investigate and troubleshoot process-related problems.
• Develop best practices to improve throughput and output quality.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Involve in PSM and Hazop studies.
• Plan and execute plant shutdowns as needed.
