FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate and optimize production processes in plastics compounding. You will drive improvements, establish process conditions, and lead lean initiatives to cut costs and boost efficiency.

The role requires a degree or master in polymers materials or chemical engineering, plus 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.

Formación

• Degree or Masters in Polymers Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience; candidates with no prior experience but qualified are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the existing production process and address issues in products with history of problems.
• Establish processing conditions for existing equipment and improve production efficiency for plastics compounding.
• Develop new production process methods based on applications and formulations.
• Solve production problems by coordinating with Manufacturing and Technology.
• Conduct plant trials to qualify new processes and scale up to production units.
• Lead lean initiatives (5S, value stream mapping) and improve overall quality.
• Support in reducing reject rates and downtime; communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in cross-plant transfer of new product processes.
