Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage and improve investment casting and machining processes from raw material to finished product in a precision environment.

You will oversee the full investment casting process—from wax injection to final inspection—develop manufacturing instructions and documentation, and support CNC tooling and production improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical/Materials/Aerospace/Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in investment casting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the full investment casting process, from wax injection, shell making, metal melting/pouring to heat treatment, NDT and final inspection.
• Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Support CNC machining, tooling and fixture development.
• Lead new product introduction, process trials and production improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues with Production and QA teams.
• Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, cost and process stability.
• Support automation and new manufacturing technology projects.
• Work with customers on technical clarification, drawings and process requirements
