Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a quality assurance professional to audit suppliers and manage transfer projects within the metal casting sector. You will guide improvement programs, balance supplier capacity, and oversee FA inspections of casting and machining services.

Responsibilities include managing foundries, monitoring delivery, and addressing non-conforming parts, ensuring quality and timely performance across supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in metal casting process.
• Experience in supplier auditing and QA.

Responsibilities

• In charge of auditing and assessing the suitability of suppliers.
• Initiate and manage project transfer.
• Guide and implement improvement programs and negotiate capacity among suppliers.
• Inspect casting and machining services for FA/quality.
• Manage foundries including quality and delivery performance.
• Handle non-conformance parts and follow-up.
• Check and monitor suppliers to ensure delivery.

• Responsible for checking and monitoring suppliers to ensure delivery

Requirements:
