Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes from incoming materials to finished parts. The role involves solid modeling, creating work instructions, and developing CNC programs, tooling, fixtures and gauges.

Candidates should have a degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aero/materials engineering with at least 3 years in precision manufacturing. Experience with heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening or welding is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aero/ materials engineering.
• At least 3 years' experience in precision engineering in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CAD software; familiarity with heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shotpeening and welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing process sequences from receipt of raw materials to finished parts shipment.
• Develop new processes with solid modeling and create/update work instructions per drawings/specifications.
• Create CNC code/program for machining and design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
• Develop special processes such as heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening and welding.
• Conduct pre-production pilot runs and train associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to meet tech/quality requirements.
• Liaise with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and RFQ proposals.

• Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges.
• In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.
• Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process

Requirement

• Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering
• Min 3 years’ experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software;
• Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage
