Job summary
Triton AI Pte Ltd on Jurong Island is seeking a process engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and contribute to plant improvement projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to process optimisation, production troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background with 1–2 years of related experience, knowledge of process safety and continuous improvement methodologies, and a proactive approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or petrochemicals.
- Exposure to process safety, risk assessments or HAZOP concepts.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Monitor, evaluate and optimize processes to boost productivity and plant capacity.
- Identify bottlenecks, investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Participate in projects focusing on energy efficiency, capacity, and reliability.
- Support safety, quality and regulatory compliance with SOPs and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS and Quality teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to capacity planning and optimization.
