Job summary

Premier Hytemp Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer to support heat treatment, cladding and assembly operations. You will work with Planning to schedule jobs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to QMS and HSE guidelines.

The role requires the ability to multi-task, strong communication, and the capability to work independently as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking; able to work in a team or independently.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Planning Department to schedule jobs for Heat Treatment, Assembly and Cladding operations and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate between test house, calibration and maintenance vendors.
  • Assist Special Process Supervisor in enforcing procedural compliance with QMS by conducting routine checks on jobs.
  • Promote HSE awareness and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting of HSE metrics.
  • Support the integration of HSE practices into daily operations.
  • Evaluate and monitor vendors to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor audits, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
  • Manage vendor non-conformances and corrective actions.
