STMicroelectronics is seeking a hands-on engineer to manage development and transfer of advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing in Singapore. You will set up SPC and FDC, qualify equipment, and support shift personnel to maximize uptime and yield.

You will lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot deviations, implement preventive actions, and drive improvements in process robustness and cost efficiency, while maintaining quality and throughput in a fast-paced Fab environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics/Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in wafer fab environment preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and cross-functional teams.

Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEManage development and process transfer of new & advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing.Set up and monitor SPC & FDC for processes.Perform & validate equipment qualification and setup process specification.Perform and characterize process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters.Provide support for shift personnel in maintaining equipment uptime & efficiency.Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity.Perform wafer dispositions in a timely manner.Implement preventive actions to eradicate quality issues.Lead a Fab Improvement Team projects to improve the process capabilities, reliability and cost efficiency.Implement projects to improve process robustness, stability & Cpk.Improve manufacturing yield and quality.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESBachelor's/ master's degree in Electrical & Electronics. Mechatronics, Physics/ Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering studies.Preferably with relevant working experience in wafer fab industry.Ability to work in a cross functional team.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to work in rotating shifts if required.Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment (eg.
