Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical support for manufacturing operations, focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability and OEE improvement.

You will lead automation and equipment upgrade projects, drive yield and quality improvements, manage validation and CAPEX activities, and collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO standards.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and validation.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing; knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability, productivity and OEE improvement.
• Lead automation, equipment upgrade and assembly improvement projects, including troubleshooting and tooling/fixture enhancements.
• Drive yield and quality improvements while supporting preventive maintenance, calibration and risk assessments.
• Manage engineering projects, validation activities and CAPEX, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure processes comply with quality, safety and environmental standards and support continuous improvement.
