Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical support for manufacturing operations, focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability and OEE improvement.

You will lead automation and equipment upgrade projects, drive yield and quality improvements, manage validation and CAPEX activities, and collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and validation.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing; knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements.

Job description

• Drive initiatives to improve yield, quality and production output, while supporting preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment risk assessments.
• Manage engineering projects, validation activities and capital expenditure, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety and environmental standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with assembly processes, automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
• Project management and process/equipment validation experience.
• Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements.
