Job summary

Sanli Environmental Limited in Singapore seeks a process engineer to develop unit process calculations, PFD and mass balance, and to manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.

You will ensure timely submission of process deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing and participate in HAZOP studies, coordinating with clients and vendors. 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop process calculations for unit processes, piping losses and pump head.
• Develop P&ID, PFD and mass balance.
• Manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.
• Ensure timely submission of process deliverables including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing and HAZOP report.
• Involve in HAZOP study for the overall plant and its system/ sub-system.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Analyze and review current processes and streamline the process for improvement, enhancement and productivity calculation, sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting.
• Attend technical meetings with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Internal Project Team.
• Support Software FAT, and commissioning plantwide.

• Possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general
• Able to work independently and a multitasker
