Job summary

SANLI M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a process engineer to develop process calculations, PFDs and P&IDs, and to support HAZOP studies across plant projects.

The role involves ensuring timely submission of deliverables and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or higher in Environmental Engineering, has at least 2 years in water and wastewater treatment, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Environmental Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop process calculation for unit process, piping loss and pump head calculations.
• Develop P&ID, PFD and mass balance.
• Manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.
• Ensure timely submission of process deliverables, including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing, HAZOP study report etc.
• Involve in HAZOP study for the overall plant and its system/ sub-system.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Analyze and review current processes and streamline the process for improvement, enhancement and productivity calculation, sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting.
• Attend technical meetings with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Internal Project Team.
• Support Software FAT, and commissioning plantwide.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Environmental Engineering or any related field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general
• Able to work independently and a multitasker/ able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
