Job summary

CopperCo Talent Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer specializing in wastewater treatment systems to join our team in Singapore. You will design process systems, perform calculations, support on-site commissioning, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in wastewater process design, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on process engineering experience, specifically with wastewater treatment systems and process design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Flow Diagrams: Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), System Block Diagrams, and engineering designs.
• Calculations & Optimization: Perform process calculations, mass balances, hydraulic analyses, and system optimization.
• Troubleshooting & Improvement: Support system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams across project execution stages.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering specifications, design basis documents, and project paperwork.
• Commissioning & Evaluation: Assist in on-site system commissioning, performance testing, and evaluation of plant operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and operations comply with project specifications and local environmental regulations.
