Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials or Chemistry).
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Wet Etch processes and related manufacturing steps is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing cleanroom attire.
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift including day and night.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Wet Etch manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor process performance and identify deviations affecting quality or efficiency.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Review process data and SPC results to maintain stability.
• Assist with process qualification, evaluations, and NPI activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve challenges.
• Maintain engineering documentation and process records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

Salary:SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,800 per month

Working Schedule:

• 3 / 4-day alternate work week

• 12-hour rotating shifts

Shift Hours:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Associate Engineer to support Wet Etch operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining stable production processes, improving manufacturing performance, and ensuring product quality through effective process monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Wet Etch manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Monitor process performance and identify deviations that may impact product quality or manufacturing efficiency.

• Investigate process-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Review process data, yield trends, and statistical process control (SPC) results to maintain process stability.

• Assist with process qualification, engineering evaluations, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, productivity, and product quality.

• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

• Monitor chemical processes, equipment performance, and operating parameters to ensure compliance with production specifications.

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, investigation reports, and process records.

• Adhere to company safety, quality, and cleanroom standards in all manufacturing activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced electronics manufacturing is preferred.

• Knowledge of Wet Etch processes, wet chemical processing, wafer cleaning, surface treatment, or related semiconductor manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with process monitoring, yield improvement, or manufacturing process control is preferred.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire during working hours.

• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
