Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is recruiting for a role in Singapore's government R&D sector. You will operate semiconductor tools for wafer processing, monitor tool status, and perform basic fault recovery within a cleanroom environment.

Training is provided and the position runs on a 12-month contract with shift work. The role requires a diploma or equivalent in engineering and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in a relevant engineering field
• Experience in semiconductor equipment operation and basic troubleshooting is an advantage
• Exposure to assembly, build, testing, or preventive maintenance is a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor tools for wafer processing, measurement, and inspection
• Monitor tool/process status and perform basic fault recovery
• Execute process flows and coordinate tool usage; collect operational data
• Handle and transport wafer lots within cleanroom environments
• Support improvements, chemical handling (supervised), and strict EHS compliance

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a top government R&D agency in Singapore
• Working hours: 9am-9pm, 4334 shift cycle (Sun-Wed/Wed-Sun), with shift allowance
• Location: Nearest MRT Kent Ridge
• 12 months (convertible based on performance)
• Salary up to $3.5k!
• Training is provided!
