Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• Leadership: demonstrated leadership experience and ability to build an effective team.
• Problem-Solving: experience with 8D, 5 Why, FMEA to deliver solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
• Experience with projects aligned to key duties of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift equipment technicians to meet operation objectives.
• Ensure training and SOP compliance to eliminate safety and quality risk.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain close communication with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategy business objectives.
• Establish and review SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and optimized for operation process.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
