Job summary

Thirteen Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability of client equipment through proactive maintenance and timely troubleshooting.

You will visit sites, plan maintenance schedules, and work with clients to meet SLAs while keeping systems up and running. The role offers on-the-job training, an opportunity to travel to client sites, and the chance to develop hands-on skills across electrical and electronic

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or related fields is a plus.
• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within the required timelines.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to different work environments.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular visits to client sites to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their optimal performance.
• Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed according to plan.
• Problem Identification: Proactively identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failure, minimizing downtime and disruptions for the client.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that services and systems are returned to an operational state in alignment with defined processes and SLAs.
• Software Support: Support the creation, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of in-house software, ensuring that systems operate smoothly.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the company in support of the maintenance and engineering department’s objectives.
