Job summary

Schroders in Singapore seeks a Relationship Management Assistant to support Relationship Managers in delivering high‑quality day‑to‑day servicing for private wealth clients. The role centers on portfolio administration, client communications, account documentation maintenance and trade execution support.

You will collaborate with Operations and Compliance to ensure accuracy, timeliness and adherence to internal policies and regulations, while contributing to process improvements and broader

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing or operations within private wealth or asset management.
• Regulatory licences applicable to Singapore wealth management advisory (CMFAS modules; CACS Paper 1/2 desirable).
• Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio administration with focus on controls and operational risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to manage client portfolios and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and set up of new client accounts.
• Process cash transfers and monitor statements, settlements and deadlines.
• Maintain client records and documentation in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare investment proposals and materials for client discussions and reviews.
• Execute trades in client portfolios in accordance with client instructions and controls.
