Job summary

UCEA – Family Office Group in Singapore is seeking an Investment Associate to manage private market opportunities from sourcing to closing.

You will lead financial analysis, coordinate diligence, and prepare materials for investment committees while building relationships with founders, CEOs, and family offices.

Ideal candidates have experience in PE/VC/IB, strong analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple transactions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in PE, VC, or investment banking.
• Strong financial and investment analysis skills.
• Clear and confident communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Interest in private markets and building long-term relationships.
• Existing connections in the Singapore family office community are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate private market investment opportunities.
• Lead financial and strategic analysis of potential investments.
• Coordinate due diligence across various workstreams.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings.
• Engage with founders and CEOs to discuss valuation and strategy.
• Manage transactions from initial discussions to closing.
