Job summary

BlackRock, through Preqin, invites a data-focused professional to help manage data quality and deliver timely insights for clients globally. You will collaborate with Research Insights, Product & Marketing, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and robust datasets.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, client-facing responsibilities, and ongoing development of data management processes across geographies and time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data/financial data services.
• Experience engaging with institutional clients and executives.
• Ability to present market intelligence confidently and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with industry professionals to gather proprietary insights.
• Interact with clients in person, demonstrating professionalism and SME knowledge.
• Provide tailored data support to clients and internal teams to drive engagement.
• Answer client inquiries with accurate guidance on data usage and methodologies.
• Assist onboarding new clients with data walkthroughs and market insights.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of investor profiles in Preqin’s database with data validation.
