Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Singapore to review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers, ensure timely system openings, and track any document deficiencies.

You will collaborate with Legal & Compliance on CRS, FATCA and QI requirements, support regulatory reporting, and apply MAS 626 knowledge. The role demands 2–3 years in client onboarding or account documentation, strong MS Office skills, and a meticulous, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Client Onboarding / Account Documentation experience in Private Bank.
• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in Private Banking, MAS 626, Corporate Account documents (e.g., M&A A, Cert of Incumbency, Declaration of Trust, Director Resolution).
• Experience opening Corporate or Trust accounts and handling Tax documents (W8Ben).
• Meticulous and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Ensure accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track document deficiencies and escalate per procedure.
• Process amendments on accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide quality service to internal clients (RMs / Assistant RMs).
• Support other departments with information retrieval and remediation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on documentation requirements.
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA and QI documentation and reporting.
