Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Banking/Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
• Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Back Office and counterparties to ensure accurate and timely settlement of security transactions.
• Validate security transactions in PB system prior to processing.
• Communicate settlement discrepancies/exceptions to Front Office, Back Office and relevant parties with guidance on resolution.
• Reconcile cash and security positions daily with internal/external counterparties and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to process client portfolio transfer instructions across asset classes.
• Disseminate corporate action notifications from custodians and ensure timely response from Front Office.
• Maintain static data of securities in PB system.
• Provide assistance and advice on security settlement subject matters.
