SINGAPORE DATA GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Field Technician to assist in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photocopiers and multifunction printers at customers’ offices.

On-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills in photocopier servicing. The role involves on-site travel across Singapore, with a motorbike travel allowance and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must possess own motorbike for travelling to customers’ offices.
• Class 2B motorcycle licence.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic technical knowledge in IT/electronics or office equipment is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of photocopiers and printers.
• Assist with the installation and setup of office equipment at customers’ premises.
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform basic checks and replacement of consumable parts when required.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Complete service reports and update job records accurately.
• Travel to different customer locations across Singapore.
