FIRST KONNECTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Print Operations Technician to support printing, delivery, inventory, facilities maintenance and operations. The role is based at the company’s printing facility and also supports across islandwide locations.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, a valid Class 3 driving licence, and hands-on experience with photocopiers or printing machinery. Physical work is required and a company van will be provided for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Hands-on experience operating photocopiers or printing machinery.
• Experience with facilities maintenance or office equipment repairs.

Responsabilités

• Operate the printing machinery at the printing facility.
• Print, collate, pack and prepare worksheets and materials for delivery.
• Drive the company’s van to deliver materials islandwide.
• Diagnose and resolve basic photocopier/printing machine faults.
• Prepare and issue delivery orders and invoices as required.
• Maintain inventory control through the warehouse system.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain and repair office equipment and premises at head office and locations.
• Coordinate with building management on safety and maintenance.
• Liaise with contractors on AV, lighting, CCTV and fire extinguishers.
• Provide technical support for interactive whiteboards, projectors and laptops.
• Coordinate installation of internet and phone services for new locations.
• Assist with relocating furniture during relocations.
• Support events and ad hoc projects.
