Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law, with Singapore litigation procedures and practice.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and related court documents with detail.
• Experience with depositions and courtroom filings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution in Singapore.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence; prepare case strategies under supervision.
• Research, review documents, attend court hearings, and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate with experts and opposing counsel; ensure timely filings and procedural compliance.
