Qualifications

• 0–2 years PQE in civil/commercial litigation in a Singapore law firm.
• Hands-on experience with eLitigation, LawNet, and standard litigation software.
• Admission to practice in Singapore is required or eligible for Practice Trainees.

Responsibilities

• Attend Court Conferences, Pre-Trial Conferences, and interlocutory applications; assist counsel in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Draft Letters of Demand, pleadings, affidavits, summonses, and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research on statutory interpretations and procedural issues under the Rules of Court 2021.
• Oversee eLitigation filings, manage case timelines, and act as a primary client contact.
