• Open to life sciences professionals with an active Director-level network and interest in talent advisory.

You will work with a small team of recruiters who has track record in their own specialisation, strong delivery concepts and team environment.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Science
• More than 5 years of recruitment experience in lifescience or healthcare related sector. Or sales experience within lifescience
• Strong commercial acumen, high emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the credibility to influence senior decision-makers
• Open to life sciences professionals (e.g., Business Development/ Senior Commercial / Industry Consultants) who possess an active network at the Director level and above with an interest in talent advisory
