Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant semiconductor FAB experience.
• Strong CMOS/Flash/Non-Volatile Memory/HV wafer fabrication knowledge.
• Proficiency in SPC, 8D problem solving and decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
• Comfortable with Mandarin-speaking teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, transfer and maintenance of advanced CMOS fabrication technology with high yield.
• Manage integration of all module processes and derivatives.
• Lead technology transfer from mother fab or process development.
• Own new tapeout prototype lots and ensure 100% success rate.
• Drive process robustness with root cause analysis and corrective actions to meet WAT & Cpk goals.
• Escalate quality concerns and stop at the source when needed.
• Collaborate with product engineering on low-yield issues and plan process tuning.
• Work with CAM to resolve customer complaints and provide required information.
• Lead sub-teams in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Mentor, coach and train engineers and senior engineers.
• Interact with TSMC mother-fabs on alignment and benchmarking.
• Initiate and lead change to promote continuous improvement across processes.
• Co-work with mother fab to ensure successful product/technology transfer and characterization.
